CORE Live is an immersive experience—you’ll be learning, moving, connecting, and breaking through barriers. Come prepared so you can stay focused on the transformations happening in the room.
Dress comfortably in casual attire. Room temperature will fluctuate and may get chilly at times - we recommend you dress in layers.
You, your readiness to learn, and your voice—because this isn’t a sit-back-and-listen kind of event.
With the exception of breakfast, most meals will be provided. Feel free to bring your own snacks to keep your energy up between sessions.
